 Terms & Conditions


  • The minimum order for cupcakes is 25 pcs.
  • As for the cookies, the minimum order is 20 pcs per flavour.
  • You must place your order ATLEAST 1week (for small quantities) or 1 month (for large quantities) before the pickup date or event, and please follow the the right procedure to avoid cancellation.
  • Full payment need to be made immediately once I’ve confirmed your order either via email/sms to avoid cancellation.
  • There will be no refund for any cancellation.

 

** You may order via sms, phone or email. Please send the detail of your :-

1) Name and phone number

2) Place and date to pick up

3) Product - cupcake/cookies

4) Theme/ Color description

5) Quantity

Once I’ve received your order, I’ll inform to you about your order. As for the payment, it should be made via cimbclicks.com or cash deposit to my account number. Please request for my account number upon placing your order. 

** Please revert the receipt to our email address cupcake.land@yahoo.com or inform me the reference no. when transferring the money, and please do tell us when you had transfered the money or we won’t accept your order.

** Delivery service is available and the charges are as below:-

  • LRT Ampang or Ampang Area = Rm 5.00
  • Bangi = Rm 20.00
  • Cheras or Kajang Area = Rm 15.00
  • KL Sentral= Rm 15.00
  • Mines = Rm 5.00
  • Bukit Jalil = Rm 25.00
  • Puchong = Rm 20.00
  • Shah Alam = Rm 25.00
